This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you visit packs.bangerangnetwork.com or buy from us.

The data controller is Bangerang Entertainment SRLS, Piazza Cavour 9, 80137 Naples, Italy, VAT ID IT10602271214, info@bangerangnetwork.com.

1. What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, billing address and the details of your order. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us: we only see the payment method and the last digits.

When you write to us: your name, email address and the content of your message.

When you visit the site: technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited and, if you accept them, the analytics and advertising cookies described in section 4.

2. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To sell and deliver your order, send the download link and answer your messages — performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To keep the site working, secure and free from fraud — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• For analytics and advertising — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Shopify, which runs the store and the checkout;
• our payment providers, which process payments;
• the app that delivers the digital files;
• Google, Meta and TikTok, for analytics and advertising, only if you consent.

Some of them are outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by an adequacy decision.

We do not sell your data.

4. Cookies

Technical cookies keep the cart and the checkout working, and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings on the site, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: ten years, as Italian tax law requires. Messages: as long as needed to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data: for the period set in the tools we use, normally up to fourteen months.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before.

Write to info@bangerangnetwork.com. If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Children

Our products are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top.
