Refund Policy

This policy explains when we refund a purchase made on packs.bangerangnetwork.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

To ask for a refund, write to info@bangerangnetwork.com from the address used for the order, quoting the order number.

1. How our products are delivered

Sample packs, presets, MIDI files and other downloadable products are delivered right after payment, through a download link sent by email and shown on your order confirmation page. Nothing is shipped.

2. If a file is missing or does not work

If a file is missing, damaged or will not open, write to us within 14 days of purchase. We send you a working copy, or, if we cannot, we refund you in full.

If you simply ran out of downloads, write to us and we restore them: that is not a fault and does not need a refund.

3. Your right to change your mind (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason, and we refund you in full.

Because the files are already in your hands, a refund ends your licence: once we refund a product you must delete the files and may not use any of its sounds, presets or MIDI files in your productions or releases.

4. Everyone else

If you are buying as a business, or from outside the European Union, digital products cannot be returned once the download link has been issued, except as described in section 2.

5. What is not a reason for a refund

  • The pack does not suit your style or is not what you imagined. Every product page has audio previews and a full demo: listen before you buy.
  • You do not own the software a preset pack requires. The product page states which synthesiser and version is needed.
  • You changed your mind after using the sounds in a released track.

6. How and when we pay refunds

Refunds are paid to the same payment method used for the order. We process them within 14 days of accepting your request. How long the money takes to appear then depends on your bank or payment provider, usually a few working days.
