Terms of Service

These terms govern the sale of digital products on packs.bangerangnetwork.com, operated by Bangerang Entertainment SRLS, Piazza Cavour 9, 80137 Naples, Italy, VAT ID IT10602271214 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products for music producers: sample packs, synth presets, MIDI files and similar material, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped.

Each product page lists what the pack contains and what software, if any, is required to use it. Where a preset pack names a synthesiser and version, you need that software: we cannot make presets work in a different one.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable tax. An order is accepted when payment is completed and your download is made available. We may correct an obvious pricing error before delivery, in which case we cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Delivery

Delivery is immediate: after payment you receive an email with a download link, and the same link appears on your order confirmation page. Download links are personal and limited in the number of downloads; if you run out, write to us and we will restore them.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to info@bangerangnetwork.com with your order number.

4. Licence

When you buy a pack you receive a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the sounds it contains.

You may:

• use the sounds in your own tracks, beats and productions;
• release, sell, license and monetise the music you make with them, including commercial releases and work you produce for clients;
• install the pack on every computer you personally produce on.

You may not:

• sell, share, give away or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in part, on their own or inside another pack, library or product;
• register the sounds, or music consisting mainly of them, with a content ID system in a way that claims the sounds themselves;
• pass the download link to anyone else.

No credit is required, though it is always welcome. The licence ends if we refund your order: in that case you must delete the files and stop using them.

5. Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal and a right to conforming products. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. How they apply to digital downloads is set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change or withdraw products at any time. If we update a pack you already bought, the new version is yours at no extra cost.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

7. Liability

We provide the files as described on the product page. We are not liable for how you use them, for what you produce with them, or for losses that could not reasonably be foreseen. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Law and disputes

Italian law applies, and the courts of Naples have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may use the European ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
